تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق أنيمو مي (على iOS وأندرويد) بياناتك ويستخدمها ويحميها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

ما البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل أنيمو مي وحماية المجتمع:

  • معلومات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني، معرف المستخدم، اسم العرض، اسم المستخدم، الدولة، وتاريخ الميلاد.
  • محتوى المستخدم: ما تختار نشره أو إرساله داخل التطبيق، مثل المنشورات، التعليقات، الرسائل، الصور، المجتمعات، والغرف.
  • بيانات التفاعل: أحداث استخدام أساسية داخل التطبيق، مثل فتح الشاشات أو إكمال خطوات التسجيل، لمساعدتنا على تحسين التجربة.
  • بيانات الأمان والدعم: البلاغات، الحظر، الجلسات النشطة، وطلبات حذف الحساب أو الدعم.

لا نجمع بيانات الموقع الدقيقة، جهات الاتصال، المعلومات المالية، البيانات الصحية، سجل التصفح، أو سجل البحث خارج التطبيق.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم بياناتك من أجل:

  • إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك والتحقق من بريدك الإلكتروني.
  • إظهار ملفك ومحتواك والرسائل والمجتمعات التي تنضم إليها.
  • تشغيل مزايا المطابقة والتوصيات داخل التطبيق، مثل تقريب الأعضاء ذوي الاهتمامات المشتركة.
  • حماية المجتمع من الإساءة، والتحرش، والمحتوى المخالف.
  • تحسين أداء التطبيق وتجربة الاستخدام.
  • تنفيذ طلبات الدعم وحذف الحساب.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لتتبعك بين التطبيقات أو المواقع، ولا نعرض إعلانات مبنية على التتبع.

مشاركة البيانات

قد نعالج بياناتك عبر مزودي بنية تحتية موثوقين لتقديم الخدمة، مثل Supabase لخدمات المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض الإعلان أو التتبع.

قد نكشف بيانات محدودة إذا كان ذلك مطلوبا قانونيا، أو لحماية حقوق أنيمو مي أو سلامة المستخدمين.

التخزين والحماية

تحفظ بيانات التطبيق لدى مزود البنية التحتية للتطبيق، وتستخدم وسائل حماية مثل التشفير أثناء النقل، صلاحيات الوصول المحدودة، وسياسات أمان قاعدة البيانات. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل بيانات مضمونة بنسبة 100%، لكننا نعمل على تقليل الوصول غير الضروري وحماية بياناتك بقدر معقول.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والمحتوى ما دام حسابك موجودا أو ما دام ذلك لازما لتقديم الخدمة. تحتفظ أنيمو مي ببيانات التفاعل التحليلية لمدة محدودة، وتحذف الأحداث القديمة دوريا. قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات لفترة معقولة إذا كانت لازمة للأمان، منع الإساءة، الامتثال القانوني، أو حل النزاعات.

حذف الحساب والحقوق

يمكنك تعديل بيانات ملفك الشخصي داخل التطبيق. يمكنك أيضا حذف حسابك من إعدادات التطبيق. عند حذف الحساب، نحذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به من أنظمة التطبيق النشطة، مع احتمال بقاء نسخ احتياطية مؤقتة أو سجلات محدودة لفترة قصيرة حسب الحاجة الفنية أو القانونية.

أنيمو مي مخصص لمن بلغ 18 سنة فأكثر. لا نقصد جمع بيانات ممن هم دون 18 سنة. إذا علمت أن شخصا دون 18 سنة قدم لنا بيانات شخصية، تواصل معنا لنحذفها.

التغييرات على السياسة

قد نحدث هذه السياسة عند تغيير مزايا التطبيق أو ممارسات البيانات. سننشر النسخة الأحدث هنا، وقد نبلغك داخل التطبيق عند وجود تغيير جوهري.

Animo Me Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Animo Me app (on iOS and Android) collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate Animo Me and keep the community safe:

  • Account information: email address, user ID, display name, username, country, and date of birth.
  • User content: content you choose to post or send in the app, such as posts, comments, messages, photos, communities, and rooms.
  • Interaction data: basic in-app product interaction events, such as screen visits or sign-up funnel steps, to improve the app.
  • Safety and support data: reports, blocks, active sessions, account deletion requests, and support requests.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, financial information, health information, browsing history, or search history outside the app.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Create your account, sign you in, and verify your email.
  • Show your profile, content, messages, and joined communities.
  • Power in-app matching and recommendations, such as introducing members with shared interests.
  • Protect the community from abuse, harassment, and prohibited content.
  • Improve app performance and user experience.
  • Respond to support and account deletion requests.

We do not sell your personal information, track you across apps or websites, or use tracking-based advertising.

Sharing Information

We may process your information through trusted infrastructure providers, such as Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services. We do not share your information with third parties for advertising or tracking.

We may disclose limited information if required by law, or to protect Animo Me’s rights or user safety.

Storage and Security

App data is stored with the app’s infrastructure provider and protected with safeguards such as encryption in transit, limited access controls, and database security policies. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to limit unnecessary access and protect your information reasonably.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account exists or while needed to provide the service. Animo Me keeps analytics interaction data for a limited period and deletes older events periodically. We may retain some records for a reasonable period when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Account Deletion and Your Rights

You can edit your profile information inside the app. You can also delete your account from the app settings. When you delete your account, we delete your account and associated data from active app systems, although temporary backups or limited logs may remain briefly for technical or legal reasons.

Third-Party Services

When you search for an anime title inside the app, the text you type is sent to AniList (graphql.anilist.co) so we can show the title’s name, season, and rating. That request carries no name, email, or account identifier — only the search text and the network address the request comes from. Animo Me does not display or store episode media or artwork from any work; titles and trademarks belong to their owners, and Animo Me is not affiliated with any studio, publisher, or streaming service.

Community covers and icons are uploaded by community curators themselves and stored with our infrastructure provider. If you believe content in Animo Me infringes your rights, email us and we will review and remove it:

Minimum Age

Animo Me is intended for users who are 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app’s features or data practices change. We will post the latest version here and may notify you inside the app for significant changes.
