حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل تطبيق أنيمو مي من الإعدادات.

عند حذف الحساب، نحذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به من أنظمة التطبيق النشطة، بما في ذلك الملف الشخصي والمحتوى المرتبط بالحساب حسب بنية الخدمة. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية مؤقتة أو سجلات محدودة لفترة قصيرة عند الحاجة الفنية أو القانونية.

إذا لم تستطع الوصول إلى التطبيق أو احتجت مساعدة في حذف حسابك، راسلنا على:

يرجى استخدام نفس البريد المرتبط بحسابك، أو ذكره في الرسالة، حتى نتمكن من التحقق من الطلب.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Animo Me account from inside the app settings.

When you delete your account, we delete the account and associated data from active app systems, including the profile and account-linked content according to the service structure. Temporary backups or limited logs may remain briefly when technically or legally required.
